Cham Lopez – is an advocate, a lover of social entrepreneurship, and full time Soldier Ant or the Creative Operations Officer and Non-Apparel Designer of ANTHILL Fabric Gallery, a social and cultural enterprise base in Cebu that promotes the preservation of Philippine hand loom tradition by applying them in contemporary and zero waste designs to attract younger generation of weavers and proud weave wearers to create sustainable livelihood to its partner community enterprises in the Philippines.
There, under the mentoring and support of Princes Ant Anya Lim, she has utilized her experienced learning from Kenneth Cobonpue, a world renowned furniture designer, and Vito Selma’s Design Studio that aims to hone her skills to be a creative and social entrepreneur.
Her passion and experiences had led her to become one of BPI Sinag Accelerate’s top 20 finalist in 2017 and currently the co-founder of Dreamanifesto PH, a startup movement that hopes to empower people in unfavorable environments manifest their dreams through art, storytelling and technology.
