Richard “D-cal” Dacalos is an educator, entrepreneur and coach. As an entrepreneur, he is the creator of Upstart, a board game that allows players to experience what it’s like to set up a business. Upstart broke local crowdfunding records and was successfully funded on Kickstarter. He is also a life and business coach with over 7 years of experience.
